Send us what you have — we'll do the rest.

The more detail you can share, the tighter the number we send back. If you have plans or a SOW, attach a link (Dropbox, Drive, Box, or similar) in the notes.

§ 06.1 — Coverage

We mobilize — and we've done it before.

Wisconsin is home. But half our work happens outside it. If you have a project in the contiguous 48, we have almost certainly worked in your state before.

§ 06.2 — Frequently asked

Common questions.

What most customers want to know before they send a scope.

→ Do you travel to my state?

Almost certainly yes. We work across the contiguous 48. For multi-site work we regularly mobilize crews, trucks, and equipment wherever the project is.

→ What's a typical lead time?

Small jobs we can often start within two weeks. Larger builds, we schedule four to eight weeks out. Emergency and after-hours work available by arrangement.

→ Do you subcontract the install?

No. Our installers are W-2 employees. Every crew on site is a DDC crew. On large or geographically spread projects we partner with vetted sister firms, always with a DDC lead on the ground.

→ What certifications do you hold?

BICSI installer credentials across the crew, OSHA-30 for field leads, manufacturer training on Fujikura and Sumitomo splicers, and Fluke/EXFO certifier familiarity. Full list on the About page.

→ Can you work prevailing wage / public sector?

Yes. We run certified payroll (WH-347), we are E-Rate SPIN-registered, and we have DBE/MBE teaming arrangements where helpful.

→ What do you deliver at project close?

A certification packet — Fluke DSX copper reports, bi-directional OTDR traces for fiber, as-built drawings (CAD or PDF), port and patch panel maps, labels to ANSI/TIA-606, and manufacturer warranty registration where applicable.
